Twelve complimentary domestic lounge visits and twelve international visits a year, plus four complimentary guest visits outside India. That is twenty-four visits for the cardholder and four for a companion — the largest lounge allowance of any card in our catalogue.
The fee is Rs. 12,500 plus GST, which is Rs. 14,750, and the welcome benefit is a gift card worth Rs. 12,500 from Taj Experiences or Luxe — so the first year is close to free once the fee is paid and a retail transaction made. The same gift card comes again on each anniversary, which is unusual: most cards pay a welcome benefit once. Beyond that, the fee is waived outright at Rs. 10,00,000 of spending in an anniversary year.
12 Reward Points per Rs. 200 on flight bookings and hotel stays, and 4 per Rs. 200 on everything else. RBL publishes 1 Reward Point as Rs. 1 of redemption value, so those read as 6% back on travel and 2% elsewhere — and 2% on general spending is high for this catalogue.
2% on cross-border purchases, against the 3.5% almost every other card here charges. On Rs. 1,00,000 spent abroad that is about Rs. 1,770 less once GST is added, which on a card aimed at international travellers matters as much as the lounge count.
Yes. Points not redeemed within thirty-six months of being earned expire and are forfeited. At a 2% base rate an active holder will clear them long before that, but a card left unused will lose the welcome balance.
RBL does not publish either for this card, which is why we have left both fields empty rather than filling them with another card's numbers. Given the fee tier and the benefit set it is plainly aimed at high earners; the branch will confirm the criteria applied to your application.
